Why We Started

Collective Healing Institute began as a response to what I was witnessing in my own therapy practice. As Medicaid funding shifted and more people lost coverage, those in need of care were being quietly turned away—not because their pain was less real, but because their ability to pay had disappeared. I continued seeing people pro bono, but it quickly became clear I could not carry the burden alone. This was not an isolated gap in care; it was a systemic shift. And I needed community to help carry the weight.

I reached out, and others who shared the vision came forward. A circle of healers, guides, visionaries, business leaders, and community stewards offered their love and wisdom, and Collective Healing Institute was born. Together, we began to build a healing practice that could stretch across class and circumstance—one that would hold both those with the most money and those with the least, without compromise.
